VLC Account Assistance Request

The Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center (VLC) is the program used by Tidewater Community College to register and manage transcripts for human resources and professional development training. Upon employment, a username should be created automatically. However, in some instances, this process is not initiated by the state office. Often, even when the account is created, end users are not notified with log in details. Using this form may expedite your access to VLC!

The Virginia Learning Center is managed by the State of Virginia. There are a few commonly known issues. Before completing this form, please do the following:
1) If you've experienced and "Oops - something went wrong" error, usually pressing "refresh" (the circle with an arrow on your toolbar) or logging out and logging back in will resolve the issue.

2) if you are completing on-demand training and the slides will not load, please make sure you are using the internet browsers Chrome (the colorful circle icon) or Firefox (a blue circle/globe with an orange swoop/fox on the bottom/left).
