Storm Card

StormCard is more than just a student ID.

StormCard is a convenient, reliable way for you to make purchases on campus without the concerns of carrying cash or the hassle of a credit card.

If you are a current TCC student, faculty or staff member, you already have a StormCard account. To activate it, simply make a deposit at any of our campus StormPort locations or online using the StormCard Manager website.

Your Storm Card acts like a debit card. You choose a plan, add funds, and use your card to make purchases on campus, including:

  • StormDollars Plan – This plan allows you to make purchases at campus dining locations (The Campus Cafe and The Campus Cup), campus vending machines ,and at TCC printers. You can also use StormDollars to make purchases at the Barnes & Noble at TCC Bookstore.
  • Meal Plan – The StormCard meal plan allows you to purchase food and beverages at campus dining locations (The Campus Cafe and The Campus Cup), and at campus vending machines using your financial aid.
  • Printing – You can even use your StormCard to continue to print once your free print allotment has expired. Printing costs are 5 cents per page after your allotment has been used up.

There is no minimum balance required to maintain your StormCard account, and you can track your balance online to ensure you have enough funds for purchases.
