IN-DEMAND DEGREES & CERTIFICATES
TCC offers a variety of programs that “stack” to in-demand degrees, and prepare student for high-demand jobs.
Demand for these jobs is sky high. And you don’t need a four-year degree to launch an in-demand career. In fact, more than half of these jobs just require an associate degree. Opportunities are growing exponentially in areas like cyber security, computer science, IT, health care, and early childhood education.
TCC has partnered with the G3 Grant Initiative to promote these opportunities for Hampton Roads Residents. Above all, the G3 grant initiative provides colleges with resources to meet specified goals and objectives for in-demand pathways.
This initiative is 100% supported by a federal U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) award made to TCC by the pass-through entity, Virginia Community College System. The total program cost for this initiative is $303,776.
